Our most popular item to sell in the shop are tea cakes, they are so full of fruit, they come from Holland and I challenge anyone to find a better tea cake in the U.K. they are lovely and moist and we almost have riots when the supplier is waiting a delivery, these sell at 3€ for six and probably the best value item in the shop, and definitely the most popular.

We sell Jacksons wholemeal and white bread at 2€.

We have a good selection naan and pitta bread.

Now stocking burger buns from the U.K.

We have a good range of cakes at the moment we are stocking Ginger, Madeira, Cherry & Walnut 3€, Fruit cake 2.50€.  On our shelves at the moment we have apple pies, jam tarts, lemon curd tarts, bakewell tarts all at 1.60€.  Iced bakewell tarts are extremely popular at 3€.

Macdougals, Wholemeal and Strong white flour and yeast can usually be found on our shelves, we also stock icing, castor and preserving sugar, ready to roll icing and marzipan, as well as pastry mixes, crumble topping, sponge mixes, cheesecake mixes, childrens cake mixes for all those busy people.  We also have a good selection of flavourings including vanilla essence and all the usual food colourings, ground and flaked almonds, vanilla pods, dried fruit.

We have approximately 120 green cuisine range of  herbs and spices, curry powders and pastes, cream of tartare, arrowroot, mixed spices, baking powders.
